This year for New Year’s Eve we have two ticket options available.
Tickets can be purchased from the bistro.

£30 per person, entrance to the bar for music and buffet

£50 per person, 5 course set menu, entrance to the bar for music and buffet

Amuse-bouche: Celeriac velouté with crispy bacon

1st Course: Textures of cauliflower with red vein sorrel, burnt onion, toasted hazelnuts and truffle oil

Fish Course: Poached salmon with horseradish foam and micro herbs

Sorbet Course: Champagne sorbet

Main Course: Roasted fillet of beef with dauphinoise potato, baby carrots, sautéed mushrooms, watercress and béarnaise sauce

Dessert: Chocolate tart with pistachio and orange sorbet
